Business Development Executive
Responsibilities
- Understand Studybase Platform and offerings
- Work to strengthen outreach strategy and planning for outbound (field) sales
- Conduct research on prospective clients
- Meet stakeholders and establish relationships and trust
- Understand the pain points of the school owner and other stakeholders
- Conduct demo of the Studybase Platform and explain the value creation journey
- Follow up with client stakeholders and close the sale
- Work with internal stakeholders including operations and product teams
Customer Support Executive
Responsibilities
- Understanding the products and services provided by the company
- Supporting customers through an email ticketing system and phone calls
- Resolving customer complaints and queries
- Providing new employees with training sessions for enhancing their skills
- Offering exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Following up with customers for any further information
- Taking feedback from the customers
- Contributing work to the company's knowledge base
C# .Net Web Developer
Responsibilities
- Generics, dependency injection, async tasks, etc.
- Web optimisations like bundling, minifications, caching resources
- SQL, MSSQL Server/Express and LINQ
