Studybase at ScooNews Global Ed-Fest 2026
Three days at Clarks Amer, one stall, and a great many conversations we did not want to end. This year's edition was themed ABLE — India's first education summit on disability inclusion — and it was the right room to be in.

ABLE
The theme: disability inclusion
How the three days went
We came to Jaipur as exhibitors and spent most of the Fest at Stall #20, with the platform running live rather than sitting in a slide deck. Principals, directors, trustees and school owners walked up, asked hard questions about fees, reconciliation, progress cards and parent communication, and we answered them on real screens.
A special highlight was ABLE itself. Seeing so many leaders and changemakers gather around disability inclusion — and hearing what that demands of schools, of the people who run them, and of the software behind them — reframed a lot of what we thought we were building.
We were honoured to meet Prathmesh Sinha, Shriji Huzoor Dr Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar, 77th Custodian of the House of Mewar and Patron of Global Ed-Fest, and Padma Shri Javed Ahmad Tak, among many others. Some of the best moments were the quieter ones: reconnecting with partner schools, and meeting institutions who already knew us through a sister campus.
Thank you to ScooNews and the ABLE team for putting this together, and to everyone who stopped by. We are already looking forward to the next edition.

Stall #20, Clarks Amer
Three days of the whole platform on the walls — fees, admissions, academics, transport, the parent app, and the Paytm integration behind fee collection.

Shriji Huzoor Dr Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar
77th Custodian, House of Mewar and Patron of Global Ed-Fest — on education, heritage and the responsibility institutions carry.

Padma Shri Javed Ahmad Tak
Founder, Zaiba Aapa Institute of Inclusive Education, Jammu & Kashmir. His work on opportunities for children with disabilities was the conversation we left thinking about.

Prathmesh Sinha
Student, TEDx speaker, national awardee, Shark Tank India participant and the face of Annie, the Braille learning device. Meeting him was the highlight of the Fest.

Shri Maneesh Goyal, IAS
At the stall, on education, technology, and how the needs of institutions are changing faster than the systems that serve them.

Mr Naman Kandoi
Director, Mayoor School, Jaipur — a Studybase partner. Good to reconnect and carry on the conversation about where school operations are heading.

Mr Ashutosh Tripathi
Executive Director, Krishna Public School, Raipur. One of the warmest conversations of the event — he could relate closely to building something big out of a Tier-2 city.

Mr Umesh Chandra Pandit
Principal, Air Force School, Jamnagar. The school already knew Studybase — through their counterparts at Air Force School, Jodhpur.

Commander Manoj Bisht
Navy Children School, Delhi — on leadership and the evolving needs of schools that run to their own rhythm.

Mr Satish Kumar Sharma
Honorary Director and former Principal/Director, Maharana Mewar Public School, Udaipur — decades of the city's education landscape in one conversation.

Dr S. Prem Shankar
Chairman, Holy Sai Group of Institutions and Managing Trustee, Shiridi Sai Educational & Charitable Trust — on purpose-driven leadership and transforming education.

Mrs Komal Khubchandani
Learning Roots, Nagpur — early childhood education, and why the right digitisation strategy decides how well a group expands across branches.

Ms Arti Kumari
Vice Principal, Sunbeam School Sarnath, Varanasi — 15+ years across student guidance, academic development and modern approaches to learning.

Dr Jaishree Bhargava
Shri Jain Shwetamber Terapanthi Secondary School — an association built on making the everyday work of educators lighter.

Mrs Priyanka Bhargava
Principal, Rishikul Vidyapeeth Vijay School, Jaipur — a partner school, and a familiar face in a hall full of new ones.

What we took away
Four things that came up often enough to count as a pattern.
Digitisation is now a growth decision
Group after group described the right digitisation strategy as the thing that decides how cleanly they can open the next branch. Not an IT project — an expansion plan.
Word of mouth travels between campuses
More than one school walked up already knowing Studybase, because a sister institution runs it. Air Force School, Jamnagar had heard about us from Air Force School, Jodhpur.
Inclusion has to reach the software
ABLE put disability inclusion at the centre of the agenda. It is a fair question to ask of every system a school runs, ours included, and we came back with a longer list than we arrived with.
Leaders want to talk to builders
The best conversations at the stall started when people realised they were talking to the founders rather than a sales desk. We plan to keep it that way at the next one.

We didn't get to everyone in Jaipur
If we missed you at Stall #20 — or you want to carry on where the conversation stopped — tell us your institution and what you're trying to fix. We'll have the right person and the right screens ready.
